Job Purpose and responsibility
You are a key member of the Sales team, reporting directly to the CEO.
You are primary support the management of assigned/departmental portfolio of customer accounts, which means to drive both volume and revenue improvement in order to optimize profitability and return on operational assets through structured contractual agreements.
The objective is to positively influence and drive our customers business in order to sustain and improve HPS long term profitability through structured growth and yield improvement.
You measure, analyzes our strategic business base and performing objectives for assigned customer and participates in the development of new business opportunities.
You manage stakeholder communication and expectations. Prepare marketing materials like brochure, magazine, handout, handling banner on both traditional and e channel.
Organize customer event, functions for promoting HPS and to maintain customer / stakeholder relationship.
Experience & qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
3-5 years’ experience working in a Sales & Marketing role.
Sound understanding of logistic/port operations and CRM systems.
Excellent communication skills are essential as the role-holder will be expected to influence at all levels within customer organisations, third party stakeholders and the wider internal organisation.
Computer literate, good working knowledge of MS Office.
Professional level of verbal and written communications skills both in Swedish and English.
