We are looking for a mid-level Construction Manager to our client who is a specialist oil company. Their focus is on many of the applications that oil is used for when it is not consumed as fuel. Working together with their customers, they tap into the full potential of oil to help create valuable applications for end-users and society. As a Construction Manager you will be a part of their large turn-around project where they shutdown the refinery's processes in order to enable all scheduled measures so that the equipment could be certified in accordance with current legal requirements. Your job duties will variate during the project, where you will work with preparations before the shutdown. During the shutdown you will be responsible for coordinating and lead the work at the refinery, where you will ensure that they work according to the processes and follow legal requirements, building and safety codes and other regulations. After the shutdown you will handle documentation and report deviations related to the project before it's closed.

During the preparations and closing of the project you will work daytime. During the shutdown that occurs from October to November you will be responsible for the project's night shift, where you need to be able to take decisions and report to the main Construction Manager who takes over for the day shift.

You will work close together with the Project Manager and the main Construction Manager, and have direct contact and communication with the contractors and other workers that are involved in the project.

* Preparations (September): Go through documents, routines and standards that needs to be followed, progress work where you make additions or deviations.
* During the shutdown (October-November): Responsible for the night shift where you will follow up and lead the contractors, have responsibility of the safety and make changes to the work, sign before the work is carried out, and report to the day shift.
* After the shutdown (end of November to December): Close all documents and report deviations together with the Project Manager and main Construction Manager.


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- Previous experience as an Construction Manager or Construction Engineer, where you are familiar with above mentioned job duties where you are able to take decisions and make reports.
- Experience of HSSE.
- Communicate fluently in English in both speech and writing as all communication and documentation is in English.
- For this position, you need to be a Swedish citizen or have a Swedish work permit for the entire period.
- You need to have accommodation in/near-by Nynäshamn and/or have the possibility to come work on site Monday - Friday. During the shutdown in October - November you will work night shift work from Monday - Saturday.

It is meritorious if you :
- Have an education in construction, mechanical engineering or similar that is considered relevant for the position.
- Are fluent in Swedish.

As a structural engineer/modeler, your main responsibility will be to independently work with Tekla and perform 3D modeling, as well as provide construction drawings.

You will work with both 2D and 3D modeling of structures in Tekla, along with structural design and preparation of construction drawings and details. The position is based at their office in Nynäshamn, with occasional offsite working days as required by project allowances and civil discipline requirements.

You are going to work on different projects from pre-study phase to handing over and with many different specialists. This will give you a broad range of civil and structural experience. At Nynas, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team with good values, high environmental awareness, and a strong will to succeed together.

This is a consultant assignment, where you will be employed at Academic Work and work as a consultant at Nynas full-time from April - June, with the possibility of extending the assignment depending on the volume of upcoming projects and their workload.

* Perform the modelling of concrete, and steel members & connections and preparation general arrangement, fabrication and erection drawings using Tekla Structures.
* Create detailed structural steel models in Tekla Structures software.
* Use industry standards and best practices to ensure quality and efficiency of designs.
* Participate and present the 3d model in design and construction meetings as needed.
* Detailing and preparation of detail drawings for industrial structures such as platforms, pipe supports, pipe racks, shelters, equipment structures etc.
* Assist in the development of structural drawings, layouts, and details of the assigned project.
* Providing civil and structural cost estimations for projects.
* Conducting measurements at the site and gathering necessary information in brown field or green field projects.
* Supporting and providing necessary information to our consultants working outside the refinery.


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- Civil engineer or bachelor of science in engineering with a focus on structural engineering or a structural Tekla modeler.
- Experience in structural modeling and detailing; preferably in industrial projects.
- A creative mindset, combined with ability to seek information, and interested in technical problem solving.
- Can independently work with Tekla and perform 3D modeling, as well as provide construction drawings.
- Good skills in 2D and good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Communicates fluently in English in both speech and writing as daily communication and documentation is in English.
